Family Friendly Guesthouse - Pine Valley Guesthouse

Home away from home. This ranch style house has been updated with all the lasted styles for a much relaxing and enjoyable stay. You can enjoy drinking coffee or tea on the back deck while watching the horses graze in the nearby pasture. This property is located out in the country but within 10-20 minutes of Amish style restaurants and shopping. Also close by are golf courses and wineries. Within 1/2 mile of the guesthouse is Dundee falls and rocks where you can do some hiking. Or enjoy throwing some hoops on the basketball court on the property. We are right next door at if you would need anything! This property is family friendly with a nice big back deck and a basket ball hoop.

Girl’s getaway

Beautifully appointed property. Comfortable bedrooms, views were fantastic. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and site seeing.

Girls Weekend in the Country

My 2 lifelong best friends and I had the most wonderful time at this lovely property. It was better than we imagined!! The cleanliness, organization, location and pretty aesthetic was just what our hearts needed. We’ve traveled from Wine Country to Paris together and this ranks as one of our best travel experiences !!! Thank you Sheila :)

Great girls weekend

What a wonderful place to relax and rewind after exploring all there is close by! The house was as shown and had so much to offer. We enjoyed the back porch, basketball, and the small pond with swings. The little extras like cookies upon check in, water in the frig, and good coffee on hand were very much appreciated! Thanks for a home away from home where we could all gather together, from PA and MI.

Quilt retreat

Super nice, clean and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the big deck. We were able to have room to spread out our work area’s easily. We were able to get to the many quilt stores from the property. We will go back.

We are a family of 7. We have 4 boys 1 girl. We have been married 25 years and living in our farmhouse almost as long. We grew up in this area. We've had a dream to be able to own a property where people can retreat to for a vacation and last year this house right next to ours came up for sale so we bought it for a VRBO !

This is such a peaceful property. From sitting on the back deck watching the horses graze in the pasture nearby or sitting on the front porch or from the living room you can see a beautiful sunset as it goes down over the hill.
