We treat the property monthly for pests; however, due to the forested location, occasional encounters with bugs or wildlife are possible. No refunds will be given for such instances, as they are part of the natural outdoor experience.

Please note that, as this is a newer development in Hochatown, the roads are unpaved, mostly gravel, and dusty. 4x4 is not required, but please drive carefully and use Google Maps. We recommend putting it into Google Maps while still on the highway.
