Watch the sunrise over the ocean as you sit on your deck with your morning coffee, or enjoy cocktails from the rear deck as you watch the sunset. Located 4 houses from the beach, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath second floor unit is centrally located, immaculate, bright and cheery with two off street parking spaces, huge back yard and offers ocean views from the front and rear decks. Lovely unit - Come listen to the roar of the ocean and savor that sweet, salt air. Beach tags are NOT provided. No Swimming pools of any size allowed. Children must be Supervised. Must put trash at curb side when due for pick-up! 6 beach chairs provided. Home is vinyl sided and doors and windows are accented in white siding. Granite counter top in kitchen. Additional dishes, mugs, glasses and silverware in kitchen and 2 flat screen tvs are mounted to wall. Newer washer and Dryer. Wainscoting is all throughout. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. New mini blinds throughout. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
