Great flat in Elora with a healthy walk into town. We were a group of 4 friends and found the place well very equipped. A small table for 4 would be nice than sitting at the island.

The loft was exactly as advertised, spotless, beautifully decorated and very close to xmas market. I think this will become an annual event for our family and we were able to include our pets which was bonus!!. Thanks again. Beds were super comfy and great to have a bathtub after a winter stroll

The property had several positives. Check-in was seamless, instructions were clear, and everything in the unit was thoughtfully labeled. The location was excellent—close to downtown Elora, local attractions, and easy parking. The space was modern, and the listing photos accurately represented the property.The unit was generally tidy and reasonably clean, though not immaculate. Unfortunately, there were two significant concerns. Despite the no-smoking policy, there was a strong smoke odor throughout the unit, which was especially problematic for our asthmatic family. Additionally, there was a considerable amount of hair in one of the beds, suggesting the sheets had not been properly laundered or that important housekeeping details had been overlooked.Upon arrival, we promptly informed the host of both issues. While the initial response acknowledged the concerns, it lacked a sense of urgency or resolution. We provided the requested photos, but unfortunately did not receive any further communication regarding our complaint. Better follow-up, communication, and an effort to address the concerns would have been both expected and appreciated. Thankfully, we did not encounter any true emergencies during our stay, as the experience left us with limited confidence in the level of support we would have received.The property itself has many appealing qualities, but improvements in housekeeping standards and guest communication are needed to provide a better guest experience.
