Enjoy full amenities with a full kitchen, living area with large flatscreen TV, outdoor seating and grill, spacious bedrooms each with full bathrooms adjacent, and steps away from equine neighbors that make Versailles the Horse Capital of the World.
The property sits just off the Bluegrass Parkway and just minutes from Keeneland Racetrack, Lexington Airport, University of Kentucky, historic Midway, and downtown Versailles. Plus, just a few short miles in any direction, you can find as many bourbon distilleries as your heart desires.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable place. Ashley was great to talk with and enjoyed meeting the horses, walk in the barn, meet n greet with Holly, and the family dogs. Will definitely share with friends and perfect distance to distilleries.

Everything was perfect! The place is brand new, super clean, plenty of amenities. Even though we only stayed one night I would definitely go back there again in a heartbeat. Justin was very responsive, very welcoming when we showed up and gave me good instructions on where to park my truck and trailer. Highly recommend it!

The property was perfect! We loved looking at the horses out the windows. It was very ciean, nicely decorated and beds and furniture were so comfortable! It was a great location for bourbon tasting and many excellent restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the washer/dryer in the property. It was absolutely perfect for two couples with two main bathrooms and attached bathrooms. We highly recommend this property!

The property was beautiful! It was awesome stepping out and having horses in your backyard. You weren’t exactly alone but it felt like it. The animals of all kinds were friendly. Overall definitely a great experience first time definitely won’t be our last!

What a great time Barb and I had. It felt like we were in a brand new home. Extremely clean and the nature around us was breathtaking. We loved the horses and were able to walk the grounds. Made some friends with the owners dogs too. This was such a great stay for us and we loved every minute of it.
