The specific unit was great as was the location of the property on a quiet section of beach adjacent to land protected from development by a state park. Eden is an iconic building but it is looking a bit tired. There were a lot of vacant units.

The facility was terrific. So many amenities and well cared for. I was most impressed with the gym - we used it daily. Well equipped and clean. I should have read details better on in room supplies, as there were no beach towels. It's on me, they clearly stated in the details, but I have never been to a rental on the beach that didn't supply them. We took chairs, tent, cooler - didn't think about towels. There is absolutely nothing supplied for beach use. We would definitely think about going back. Very quiet area during the time we stayed. (April 11-18)
