Guests will have access to the entire home, yard, and pool.

POOL LIABILITY: Please note that by booking this listing, you agree to take total and complete responsibility for the use of the pool and property. You understand that during the stay, there is no lifeguard on duty, and you shall be responsible for all guests and relatives using the pool.

You understand that there are risks involved in the use of the pool facilities, such as injury or death, and consent that the hosts are not liable.

GRILL: Please clean THOROUGHLY after use. Gas canisters for BBQ and Fire Pit will be on the property but may need to be refilled. The local Walmart is less than 5 minutes away, and you can exchange tanks. We will reimburse the cost (~$20).

PETS: DOGS ONLY allowed at an additional pet fee of $200 for up to 2 pets for your entire stay. If bringing more pets, once booked, we will send you a request through the platform to cover the additional pet fee of $50 per pet. You are responsible for any damages, so please only bring trained dogs, no puppies! You are responsible for bringing doggy bags and picking up all their waste.

Great House!! We traveled with grandchildren for a weekend in San Antonio. The host was very welcoming. The house was comfortable, well located, and the kids had many activities to enjoy!

The host was incredible, very quick to respond both before and during our stay. The house was very comfortable, especially the beds and the decor very cute and welcoming. The backyard was very fun with a pickleball court, basketball hoop, the pool and hot tub. Ample seating and space for everyone to spread out. The shuffleboard game was a HIT as well as the slide in the bunk room. Highly recommend staying here!

It is a lovely house and the kids enjoyed the game room and big backyard. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and there were issues with the hot water heater. We had reset the outside breaker in order to get hot water. Even with those issues, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for you review and I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! I apologize about the hot water and the pool. As I mentioned in our correspondence, the hot water heater was replaced right before your stay and the work forgot to flip the break back on after completing the job. I am glad that was able to get sorted early in your stay so you had water for the remainder of the time. And as I mentioned with the pool heater, it is the whole system so it is off during the summer months as it makes the pool too warm and hadn’t been switched on yet for the winter. The spa heater is now on and working and we would love to host you again any time!

Very very nice - but actually expected “above and beyond” for the price. Very spacious and the yard amenities were great for the kids. Appreciated ceiling fans and tvs in every room and play room is a special treat. But description makes it sound much better than it is. For over 1500 for 2 nights we found the neighborhood crowded and not “desirable” as listed. Dogs barking and roosters crowing - a lot. Little things which were either tacky or just easily avoided like several burnt out bulbs over vanity, dirty rag hanging in bath, 2 tableside lamps not near outlets and with no bulbs, kitchen water smells like rotten eggs, poor water pressure and sink and tub drainage. I know it sounds picky but again- for that price!Overall experience was good but way over priced.

The host was welcoming and responded back quickly The rooms were great and there was details in every single room. The kids really love the slide and the game room. However, the kids would slide down very fast, the owner may want to put a mat underneath the slide that doesn’t move instead of the carpet that’s already there. There was a spice rack and a coffee machine area however there were no condiments or cooking. So we had to go run to the store and get all that, which would have been nice if it was already there. Other than that, the house is amazing and I would definitely recommend.
