This property has direct lake access, elevators, private dock & access to boat launch. It is a quiet community on a dead-end street that is walking distance to Walden Yacht Club, Breakwater Grill & an Olympic sized swimming pool on the lake! Walden has a fitness center, several pools, & tennis/pickleball courts, parks, walking trails, marina, etc. Come to relax & enjoy the natural beauty of the Lake Conroe area.
The 2/1.5 condo is on the 3rd & 4th floor. There is a downstairs bedroom with a new queen-sized bed & private closet. The primary bathroom is fully stocked...bring your toothbrush & enjoy all of the comforts of home! The kitchen is cook-ready with Keurig coffee maker, dishes, etc. 2 TVs with cable; Wi-fi, etc. Come & make yourself at home! Fresh, clean & ready!

Leave pool key and Walden access card in kitchen drawer. Renter will be charged $100 for not returning these items
Text owner when final departure is finished
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I’m a real estate broker & this is my private & favorite local retreat/getaway. I love Walden, it is a beautiful area to enjoy peace, nature and the water. This is more of a quiet retreat than a party rental.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is awesome and there are lots of things for adults to do in the area, and it feels very peaceful. Lake Conroe is a nature & water lover’s dream!
What makes this property unique
It’s so clean and fresh. Tons of recent updates and upgrades! It feels so comfortable and you end up on the balcony within a few minutes of arrival. Take a drink, relax and stay.
