One of the highlights of the condo is the beautiful lake view, considered by many guests to be one of the best views in Walden.

The condo features two separate balconies.

One balcony is located off the living room with seating for four, making it the perfect place for morning coffee or evening drinks. The second balcony is located off the primary bedroom and offers a more private sitting area.

On many weekends, you may even catch the sound of live music drifting across the water while relaxing on the balcony.

The condo is ideally positioned within Walden to enjoy some of the most beautiful lake views in the community.

Lake, Boating & Fishing

The condo complex is quiet, peaceful, and located directly on the water. A dock is located in front of the condo where guests may temporarily tie up a boat or jet ski while loading and unloading. Overnight mooring is not permitted.

Lake Conroe is known as one of the best fishing lakes in Texas, offering bass, catfish, crappie, and many other species. The south end of the lake, where the condo is located, is stump-free and ideal for boating and water recreation.

For guests interested in guided fishing, several experienced local fishing guides operate on Lake Conroe and can easily be found through Facebook and local guide services.

Boating & Boat Ramp Access

Walden also offers community boat ramp access for guests bringing their own boat.

Boats must be launched and retrieved from the Walden public boat ramp, and trailers must be stored there after use. The community allows boat and trailer parking at the public ramp for up to 3 days.

Trailer parking is not permitted in the condo parking lot, in accordance with HOA regulations.

The dock in front of the condo may be used only for temporary loading and unloading, and overnight mooring is not permitted.

Inflatable kayaks are welcome; however, per community guidelines they cannot be stored on balconies, breezeways, or in any common areas.

For guests who prefer to rent equipment during their stay, boats, paddleboards, and kayaks can all be rented from 1097 Watersports, located about an 18-minute drive from the condo.

This is a convenient option for enjoying time on Lake Conroe without needing to transport or store equipment during your stay.
