About this property

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was recently renovated with tile floors, granite counter tops, new furnishings, and large flat screen televisions. The condo has two balconies overlooking the Walden Marina and Lake Conroe. There is a swimming pool on the property and our guests also have access to the community pool at the Walden Yacht Club. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a washer/dryer in the condo.

This condo is convenient to everything you might want to do on Lake Conroe. Our guests have access to all of Walden's amenities including golf (Walden), tennis, private boat launches, a new courtesy dock, a fitness center and two on-site restaurants.

Nice apartment with beautiful lake views

We had a good time in this property. Had everything we needed. They condominium has carts to take your suitcases upstairs.

Not bad but please clean....

Property was ok, but dirty you all shouldn't charge a cleaning fee on something thats already filty my 14 yr old cleans better than that take pride if you are going to rent something out the whole condo was nasty, need lights & TV in bedroom if you all do updates and clean better it would be a very nice property for my family to use yearly.

Awesome stay

My Husband and I cannot say enough good things about this property. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed fishing and the swimming pool as well. This is a beautiful community with very friendly and outgoing people. So peaceful and serene. The breeze from the lake was so relaxing. Our trip was a blessing. We'd definitely recommend it. The BEST Views of Lake Conroe

This clean, comfortable property offers two different, stunning balcony views of Lake Conroe and is located along a protected bay full of sailboats. There is a fine dining facility within walking distance, but the kitchen is perfectly suitable for making meals at "home" on The Point. The Manager is welcoming and detail oriented and the golf range is perfect. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to relax on Lake Conroe.
