We have owned various rental properties over the years. After Superstorm Sandy hit the island, our 86th Street property (a 50 something year old house) was damaged to the extent that we had to demolish it and start anew.
As longstanding homeowners, we think we know what it takes for renters to feel comfortable and worry-free, that they love to return year after year. We realize that for renters it is not just the accommodations and amenities that are important, but also that they feel safe and secure.

As longstanding homeowners, we think we know what it takes for renters to feel comfortable and worry-free, that they love to return year after year. We realize that for renters it is not just the accommodations and amenities that are important, but also that they feel safe and secure.
Why they chose this property
Newer construction. Quiet street, close to lifeguard stand, coded door entry which makes it safe and secure (nobody but YOUR family has access); other houses from the plumber to the last renter has a copy of the keys, NOT HERE:) ; No having to share/lose keys. ALL the comforts of home.
