Westwind 304 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf-front New building renovations complete!

Westwind #304 is a west corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 960 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths with a tub/shower combo. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well. King, queen, berthing bunks. Sleeps 8. No Monthly Rentals.

Westwind is a 9-story building with 4 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Westwind has an outdoor pool and grilling area. Westwind has an outdoor pool and grilling area. The building has new exterior paint colors and new windows and sliding glass doors.

Great location. Condo needs work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos location was excellent. Upon entering the condo we noticed that it is dated. It has a dehumidifier in the living room that we were not given instructions on. There is a fan mounted to the master bedroom air conditioner vent. The return air vent Grill was filthy. Overall our stay was great except for the condo needing updated and cleaned.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

A little messy, but still nice

The location was perfect, we were right on the beach and had a balcony if we wanted to sit out, the apartment was able to stay nice and cool if we wanted it to. The only problem we found was that it seemed as though the only thing they cleaned before we arrived was the bathroom. There was sand all over the hallway, in the living room, and one of our friends found an empty juice box in the bed.
