Let's start with the positives - the apartment is nice with a beautiful view of the Hudson and NYC. The location is great too with a bus stop right outside. It's 1 bed in a 3b apartment. And the host lives in the master bedroom.Speaking of the host - very unprofessional. She has her boyfriend over and he comes in and rings the bell/bangs the door at random times and in the middle of the night. Sooner or later they start to scream at each other (some nights as late as 2am) with no concern for the guest. There is no such thing as quiet hours here. On the second day their argument was in the living room and the guy was threatening her while sitting on the balcony ledge 25 floors up.. at this point I told her to not have him over for the rest of my stay and she agreed. This was violated the very next night with the same story.There were other minor things too that pale in comparison to the above - she is not licensed with the town or HOA and you have to sneak in during check in. There's suggestions to pay outside the app and after all this, she also seeks professional help after stalking you on LinkedIn. Oh and her friend for some reason has to use the "private" restroom that's assigned to me. If you are looking for a high drama venue - this is the right place to be. If you are on a vacation or trying to relax, it most certainly is quite the opposite.P.S. I have been asked not to post a review. So here I am
