We had a such a great stay in the Penthouse! The view of the lake was beautiful, and the room felt very private. We especially enjoyed the large soaking tub and outstanding water pressure. The water also heated up almost instantly which was a welcome surprise! We were very comfortable in the king size bed and slept soundly all night long. Another bonus: almost every light was dimmable, making for cozy and romantic evenings. The location was super close to all the places we planned on visiting while in Greensboro. If we ever come back in town, we can’t wait to stay at the Penthouse again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and quiet spot that is close to everything. Had a hiccup but the host responded promptly and though they was unable to get it right during our stay we had our own solution (issue with wifi) and still will not complain because everything else was great. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

Host was not aware of our booking. We had to call to gain access to the property, as there was a key pad and we were not sent the code as promised in booking. Thus it was not completely ready for our occupancy. It was apparent that remodeling was going on around the property. A discarded appliance was lying outside in the driveway. Carpet pad remnants were under the furniture. The room was reasonably clean but there was an empty styrofoam cup from a fast food place behind the nightstand. We left it there. We were not on the property that much except to sleep, since we were volunteering at the Wyndham Championship every day all day. The host responded promptly to our request for more toilet paper and brought it to the property the next day.
