Disconnect from life. Experience the solitude of nature. City water / power. Gas outdoor fireplace . Wildlife feeder within site!

Gated entrance into Fluffy Bottom Farms . Around 70 acres for you to roam and tons of trails ! Stop down at the barnyard to see alpacas , llamas , pigs , goat, horses , chickens , and emus

4x4 or All Wheel Drive recommended ! The road to the cabin is a compacted shale logging road . Your car might get dusty / dirty . ****If you have a 2 wheel drive and can’t make it we will take you up but no refunds will be given for failure to read the listing . ***

The trapper shack is located at Fluffy Bottom Farms on 70 acres of mountain property . There is a gated entrance by the road .

Of the best in East Tennessee! Relax and watch the sun go down around the fire pit.

You can hike the trails on property !

This location only allows dogs with prior approval. Dogs must stay on leashes . We have our animal squad who likes to visit guests ! Bring sweet feed and treats .

Follow the signs to the Trapper Shack when arriving on property .

Ask for details on the Watauga River Access . It’s about 2 miles down the road.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Turn thermostat to 70, put trash in the receptacle, start the dishwasher, start towels in washer, cover any outdoor furniture and return to its original place, place key on table leave door unlocked

This was such a wonderful location to stay! You’re in the mountains, which is what you want staying in this area! The hosts are extremely responsive to anything you need and are so kind! We just had the best time!

Husband: Drive in, not for light hearted. BUT was perfect for us. Fun. AWD 350HD Ext High Top Ford Transit. LOVED everything about the place!WIFE: beautiful views, secluded. Gorgeous bathroom. Great cabin. We plan to go back. Even with lousy weather the views were amazing.

Great location that is hidden gem. Very quiet area with abundant wildlife. Recent snow made for some fun critter tracking. The Trapper cabin had all the conveniences we needed.
