Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty Refrigerator and Freezer and Bag All Trash and Place in Outside Trash Bin.
Start a Load of Towels in the Washing Machine.
Set Temperature to 77 degrees during warm weather days and 67 degrees during cold weather days prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
