• First Level — Main Living Area:

- Living Room: Open-concept seating area opening directly onto a private balcony overlooking Perdido Bay.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.

- Half bathroom & Laundry: Convenient half bathroom on the main level equipped with a full-size washer & dryer.



• Second Level — Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

- Master Suite features a King bed, private full

en-suite bathroom, and its own private balcony with elevated bay views.

- Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed with easy access to the full guest bathroom located directly in the hallway.

• OCCUPANCY & SLEEPING CAPACITY

- Maximum 6 Guests / Sleeping Setup: King bed in Master (sleeps 2), Queen bed in Guest Bedroom (sleeps 2), and Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room (sleeps 2).



• NO PETS POLICY

- Strict HOA Rule: Pets are strictly prohibited for rental guests. Unapproved pets will result in immediate forfeiture of your security deposit, required boarding of the pet, or immediate eviction without a refund.

- Note: You may occasionally see pets on the grounds, as the HOA permits permanent unit owners to have them.



• AGE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Primary Renter Age: 25 years old (exceptions considered for married couples 21+).

- Minors: All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.
