About the host

We are originally from Minnesota, but spend as much time as we can in northern Wisconsin at our lake home. Both of us have worked in service to others and are looking forward to the time when this property will be our home away from the cold. In the meantime, we have had the opportunity to meet great people and have been able to provide them with the opportunity to enjoy The Grand community and our warm weather retreat.
Why they chose this property
The Grand neighborhood is one of the premier senior communities in Arizona. The expansive yards allow everyone to enjoy their privacy, but for those young at heart there are plenty of things to do for everyone. The neighborhood has four great golf courses, two workout facilities and plenty of outdoor and indoor activities to satisfy even the most unique interests.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this property from the day we first looked at it. The property is spacious, up to date and the place where we plan to spend the winter months in the future. Until we retire, we wanted to take the opportunity to share our small piece of paradise, away from the winters of the north, with others.
