Boulder Mountain is a sanctuary tucked into the base of Usery Mountain Pass. 10 minutes from the famous Salt River and 15 minutes from Saguaro Lake. Away from the busy city but close to restaurants and shopping! This is the prettiest neighborhood in Arizona.

What makes this property unique

The backyard paradise and split master floor plan. Walking through this neighborhood is a desert ramble you’ll do every day! Beauty is all around and vistas are expansive!
