Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reset A/C to 82 in the summer and heat to 65 in the winter.
Gather used linens and towels in the large basket in the laundry room. Begin a load of towels.
Turn off ice maker in the coffee bar area
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
