This place was great. We were a group of 7 and it accommodated us perfectly. Recently renovated and well taken care of. Location is optimal - 25min drive to the old town. In a quiet area. Communication with Douglas was easy and he was responsive from check in to check out.

We chose this neighborhood for its stunning river views and peaceful, quiet setting. It’s true “Old Florida Charm” surrounded by nature, with easy access to the water for kayaking, fishing, or relaxing by the water. Just up the road, Outback Crab Shack serves fresh seafood with live music in a relaxed waterfront setting. Nearby, Woodpeckers BBQ offers classic Southern-style barbecue and a fun, casual atmosphere, perfect for a laid-back meal after a day on the river. Guests can take a short drive to World Golf Village which features two championship courses: King & Bear by Arnold Palmer & Jack Nicklaus, and Slammer & Squire by Bobby Weed with Sam Snead & Gene Sarazen. Both wind through beautiful Florida landscapes, offering a top-notch golfing experience. Downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away, offering historic sites, museums, shops, and restaurants, while St. Augustine Beach is within reach for sun, sand, and surf. We love how calm and private it feels, yet all the charm of the area is just minutes away.
