Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, great location, clean, and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 8 for a long weekend.
Very convenient location in-town Indiana, right next to the University and near downtown shops and restaurants. House has been completely remodeled and was very clean.
Great family stay right by IUP campus! Large beautiful Victorian home. Two suggestions would be to make it feel more cozy, maybe some area rugs or runners, lounge chairs by fireplace, and the kitchen could be better stocked / pans replaced.
The house was perfect for our reunion. Each room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very modern and gave us room to spread out. The kitchen included everything you need to cook and serve meals. All 6 of us loved the house and it's hard to get 6 women to agree on anything!
Great property… old Victorian with modern updates, beautifully done. Lots of space, large kitchen and bedrooms, very nice bathrooms. The host, Stone, was a great communicator and always responded promptly.
Needed kitchen towels, and an iron would be a good addition. Perhaps some more furniture.
Generally we loved it and Stone was easy to work with!
Beautiful house!
Other than the home needing additional smaller seating areas for conversation, games and coffee, this was a perfect rental. Very clean. Wonderful size. Stone was a good host and very responsive. Bathrooms, ac and water pressure were all great, Close to everything. Shops, coffee, food, theater, anything you could want. Interesting history and lovely people. Thank you!
Beautifully renovated house. Plenty of space. Walking distance to IUP campus & downtown area. Plenty of parking. We loved our stay. Do be aware that there are college Apts next door & they can be a bit loud, but were highly entertaining to watch.
This is the best rental we have ever stayed at. It is beautiful inside and out. It is big, clean, and cozy. It was perfect for a reunion of our friends we made during our younger years in Indiana. It was so cozy that we decided to stay in on Saturday night and order Tom's Pizza instead of going out to a noisy restaurant. The beds are comfortable, the showers are amazing, and the outside area was nice too. We sat outside and reminisced about the different buildings we lived in and how close they were. This rental is on the edge of the north end of the IUP campus. Just take a hair dryer because there are none in the rental. We will definitely be coming back. Don't hesitate on renting this house!
Beautiful home with top of the line fixtures and appliances. The craftsmanship inside and outside excellent. Within walking distance of coffee shops and charming stores. Jimmy Stewart museum well worth a visit. Lots of parking behind house.
