Received instructions on how to get in day before check in via text and message in VRBO. Code to door was given then, but when we arrived code didn’t work. Called phone number given at 3am when we arrived and was given a new code. We were worried we were going to have to sleep in the car but it all worked out. Condo was super clean and nice. Loved the community pool area and the firework show put on by the community on 4th of July. Only complaint is house is minimally stocked with many kitchen items making cooking dinner challenging. Pans that are there are poor quality and not conducive to cooking. We stayed for 10 nights so being able to cook more would have been nice.

The code to my condo didn’t work. I called the number on my paperwork and they got me in very quickly. The pool was right behind my condo and it was warm and wonderful. It was close to everything. They also had a couple fans which was great. A great experience.

I got this location for a weekend to move my kiddo into college. It way surpassed my expectations. This particular first floor unit is HUGE. the master bedroom bathroom is amazing. My family came by to celebrate my kid going off to college and we had such a beautiful day. . The host communication was good. Everything is texted and emailed before check in. The unit has all supplies.. No need to buy much besides food. Stay away from the copper frying pan if you're cooking food. It Definitely needs to be replaced. There is another frying pan that's best to. It's important to note that the unit is a 2-3 mindrive away from the clubhouse. Yes you Can walk BUT with the FL heat & humidity you should just drive to the clubhouse to enjoy the amenities. The resort offers a van for pickup and drop off to your unit . Staff at the clubhouse were very kind. The clubhouse is very family friendly with a lazy river, slides, splash pad and a pool.The clubhouse offers drinks and food. Pizza was OK... lol but it's typical resort pizza. We will Def be staying here again!! Thank you for a great weekend!

The condo is ground floor and the smaller pool(less crowded) is just out back which was very convenient.The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The house was clean and smelled nice. Beds and furniture was comfortable enough for short stays. Kitchen had some items but very minimal. There were 6 pool towels available to use but I would recommend bringing your own with you if possible since you must take with you to the pools and are responsible for them. No pool towel exchange like some resorts have.We enjoyed our stay, especially the use of the lazy river and resort amenities.
