Amazing custom 5 bedroom 5 and 1/2 bath house!  Relax in this brand-new home that is perfect for a large family and/or friends gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the entire group to gather together and celebrate your family and friends.  The house has picnic tables, outdoor shower, gas grill and so much more to accommodate your large family gathering.
The home is a short walk to the large, manicured beaches of Pointe West. In a short 30-minute drive, it will place you in the center of historic Galveston. You can tour mansions, walk The Strand, see the cruise ships arrive and depart, go to The Pier amusement park and so much more!

You have full access to the beautiful beaches of the Pointe West Community. If you desire to use the communities' amenities, (swimming pools, fitness center or game room) you will need to purchase wristbands from the Property Owner Association for $25 per guest for each individual over 4 years old. This is a one-time fee good for the entire stay at Turtlely Awesome Beach House.
