The cleanliness of the condo was fantastic. Kitchen is stocked with everything one would expect, and then some. All the stairs were a challenge for our senior dog but main floor was large enough to meet our needs. Short walk to gondola for access to village and all the lifts. Nice southerly view to see sunrises and sunsets.
We enjoyed our stay. There were some very small hiccups on our arrival, but those were attended to immediately. And I do mean immediately. I was a little concerned at the size initially with 5 adults, 3 young children and two dogs. However, for us it worked out very well. With the young children we were initially concerned with the walk to the gondola, but that worked out well also. The kids would climb the banks and roll down, and the ski in at the bottom was perfect for the snow racers. We had a great time and the accommodation was a good part of that. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
This town house was perfect for the 4 of us and 2 furry friends. It was very well equipped-ie coffee and filters, Salt and pepper, lots of utensils, baking dishes, plates, etc. Hot tub was clean and beds were comfyHowever, although the units to the left were ski in and out, this one is definitely not. The piled up snow formed a ditch that made this impossible. We had to walk through the very icy and dangerous driveway and down the just as bad road in our boots, carrying our skis before the trail when we could skate up a gentle hill to the Gondola. We called the property manager to resolve the slippery driveway and she did come with sand and chipped some of it away which helped. Big White is responsible for streets leading to all condos and townhouses but at the time we visited, they were in horrible conditions
The amenities suited our needs but, the Cottage is looks and feels worn. It needs some TLC. Little things like the fan in the main bathroom, not working, no instructions on how to use the TV, etc. Problems with the hot tub were addressed immediately, but we were not able to use it after our 2nd day of skiing, because it needed to refilled and heated up. This also stopped us from having showers that afternoon/evening, because the hot water in the HWT was used to fill the tub for the next Renters. The location was fine once we found the way to the lift that to take us to the Village....instructions or map would have been helpful.
