Great property located minutes from the beach and downtown St. Joes. The pool is across the street and you have access to plenty of paths for walking, biking, and kayaking on the river. House was in great shape.

Host was excellent to work with. Very quiet neighborhood, landscaping was well taken care of. Didn't use the pool area but looked nice. Wish there would have been a jacuzzi. Spacious home, well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Plank & Tavern, nice restaurant/ bar on the water. Pricey but everything we had was delicious & generous portions.

Very nice house. My only suggestion is to list the amenities like the high chair, pack n play, beach chairs, beach umbrella so that guests with little kids have a good idea of what is available so they don't have to bring along all those items. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Community pool was indeed heated and only a very short walk from the house.
