After exploring, unwind in the Great Room, cozy up by the fireplace in the Den, or stargaze from the spacious deck. The home is thoughtfully stocked—just arrive, settle in, and enjoy.

Great Hawk is a private mountainside community in Rochester, Vermont, just off Route 73. Designed by noted architect Robert Williams as one of six communities, it includes approximately 90 homesites, common land, a pond, tennis courts, and other shared amenities.
Rochester is a small town in the Green Mountain National Forest along the White River Valley, about 25 minutes north of Killington. Residents enjoy year-round recreation nearby—hiking, golfing, and bicycling in warmer months, and downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in winter—along with easy access to Killington and other outdoor destinations across central Vermont.
