We have a lovely time at the villas. It was clean and convenient to the jetty. A great little place for a family with small children. Host was great to deal with, very accomodating 😁

Hi Angela,
Thank you glad you enjoyed your time with us.

The location is great and the price is unbeatable. The unit is larger than you think and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Walk to Supermarket and Pub. Highly recommend.
Good solid affordable accommodation. Very quiet area and neighbours, away from the caravan parks and highways whilst not far from the main township. All facilities that you need, only compromising on decor which is priced in. BYO sleeping and kitchen gear if Cleaner is there most days and is friendly.
Excellent value for the money. 5-10 min walk to shops & hotel.Stansbury is a great place to relax & enjoy the coastal atmosphere & the southern York Peninsula .GregSeaview Downs SA
A clean, quite relaxing getaway stay. However, it would have been perfect if the kitchen commodities e.g. cutlery tray and fry pans were in better condition. If this issue is resolved then we would recommend it.
Property was clean and tidy, check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Heater worked well as was very cold weather when we stayed and hot water system provided nice hot shower which was great after a days fishing. Close proximity to boat ramp, town and Dalrymple Hotel. Had room for us to park our boat. Only negative was the smell coming from the drain in the shower and toilet. Not sure if this was just the septic system.
The villas are clean and well upkept. Very comfortable beds! A great location within walking distance to the beach, boat ramp, and shops. The 3 villas are all attached, however we had no issues with noise from the neighbours, at times we didn't even know other people were staying until we met eachother. The owner is fantastic, very friendly and helpful and communication before and during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Great little place and close to main part of town. Budget friendly. Lock box for keys need attention as had trouble getting and putting back key. A little bit more attention towards spider webs in the unit but clean.
The property was comfortable & clean in an ideal location. It was described as two bedrooms, but this wasn’t exactly accurate. The double bed was in the same room as the combined living/dining and the other bedroom had 3 single beds. I’d be inclined to put the double bed in the actual bedroom and the bunk and single beds in the lounge/dining. As it was a lady friend I was travelling with it wasn’t a problem. Overall nice place to stay at a good price and suited us well.
Excellent location. Close to museum, shops and jetty. Great hot water system. Good bathroom. Kitchen fine for one person to work in at a time. Only needed to use the microwave.
One negative is the bed mattress I stank in and had a sore back afterwards. So anyone who needs a firm mattress, just a warning in advance.
Host Peter provided the towels and linen at short notice, which I appreciated.
I would definitely choose this place I come to Stansbury again.
Everything is clean, neat and tidy and the water pressure is right up there with the best, the shower was excellent, but everything in the place is old and well used, up to and including the pre dual flush toilet, with the exception of the bed which was great but being on wheels on a tile floor with no brakes was painful. All in all the unit was ok but marred mostly by inconsiderate neighbours who kept us up till all hours with their noise and dramas.
Heavy rain flooded the unit - Units are fairly outdated and very basic
Heavy rain overflowed gutters into eves and flooded the unit, right through lounge to kitchen at back. The owner did come and assist us with the clean up but it wasn't what we wanted to be doing on holiday.

Hi Steve,
Sorry but when I checked there was nothing blocking the gutters or down pipes just an unfortunate very heavy down poor in a short period of time and the gutters could not cope, I have had the property for over 22 years and this has never happened before. Lucky I had the floors all tiled and removed the carpet which makes is easy to mope up.
