2 blocks from the beach, our new 2 bedroom beach getaway is perfect for your next trip. Located in a quiet street 200 mtrs from the surf beach you can hear the ocean.

With two bedrooms and a large living space, Bakers Beach Break is suitable for couples, families and friends, our place is in walking distance from everything you will need.

Private back deck and yard with BBQ, parking, WiFi, Foxtel cable TV and much more. Everything in our home is new - beds, furniture, linen, towels etc.

Christmas holidays

What a lovely stay we had. The property is lovely and clean. The owners really went above and beyond with fresh fruit and great wine. Our only complaint is that the week went way too quickly! Would love to stay again.

Wonderful Beach Break

We has a wonderful experience staying at Bakers Beach Break. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with wine, fruit and nibbles as well as milk and butter in the fridge - what a thoughtful touch. The unit is beautifully presented, extremely clean and has everything we needed for a short getaway near the beach. Thank you Anne and Bill for your wonderful hospitality.

Beach sunset

Lovely location, close to the main street and a short stroll to the Beach. The sunsets on this beach are magic. Highly recommend walking to the beach on a warm evening to enjoy the spectacular sunset. Hosts were extremely accommodating. Wonderful spot.

Amazing holiday house close to beach

One of the best Stayz properties we have stayed at. Excellent location ( 100 mtr from the beach), amazing amenities, high end equipment and furnishings. Close to shops restaurants and a beautiful beach. Owners were responsive and we loved the fruit platter, wine and fridge filled with goodies. 10/10

Quilting Week

This is a great little place with all the mod-cons. It was really well presented, from the basket of goodies to the layout of the space. This place would suit a couple or a group of 4 beautifully. Unfortunately for me it was a bit of a let-down (Totally my own fault as I didn't ask any questions..) There are stairs.. I recently had a hip replacement. My aim was to set up my sewing machine and sew in peace or 5 days.... no suitable table or chairs. The bench however was sensational for cutting up my fabrics... it's quite high and so no bending. A quilter never gives up or in though... I managed to set myself up at a small period desk. I was worried I'd break the vintage chair though but made it through. I managed to get a few things done and did a lot of reading. Thanks for sharing your place.

Beyond excellent holiday home from home

Excellent property! 10/10 for cleanliness and quality! Everything you could want or need for was there. Such friendly thoughtful hosts. We really appreciated our welcome gifts of wine, fruit and nibbles. Location - so close to both the beach and the town - was perfect. Could not fault a thing. We will be back!

Very well equipped cottage

The unit had everything we needed for our 4 day long weekend. We really appreciated the welcome basket of fruit and bottle of wine, as well as all the essentials in the cupboard and fridge. Whilst there is no oven, the hot plate and air fryer were more than adequate for our catering needs. We loved the extremely comfortable king bed; we both slept so well with the faint noise of the sea in the background. The location is perfect being so close to the beach as well as the main shopping strip.

The moment we opened the door on entry we new this home was unique. Everything was perfect, the fruit bowl and wine, as well as a stocked pantry and wonderful comfortable beds and linen. The close proximity to the beach was brilliant. Thank you for having us, we all had a wonderful getaway.

Great Location

Great quiet location 2 minute walk to Patrolled Beach, Dunes and 5 minute walk to local Ocean Grove shopping strip including supermarket. Nice welcoming basket including a bottle of wine.

Wonderful getaway

We had a fantastic time in this property and loved it from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic being so close to the beach and shops. The treats and wine on arrival were a gorgeous welcoming gift and everything is very well stocked. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the property and the abundance of towels and linen, etc. The only thing that wasn't right for us was the beds, they are very firm, so just something for those that prefer their mattress with a little bit of give to note. Otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you Ann and Nick for a fantastic and memorable stay!

Exceptional

From the moment we stepped in the front door we could tell we were in for something special.,the place smelt amazing with the sent of lemongrass in the air. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows and quality sheets. The bathroom was beautiful with quality products provided, think I'll get some of them to keep my own bathroom smelling nice! When you go down the stairs you enter a large kitchen/living area that was very well stocked with anything you could possibly want. There was even a bottle of very nice local red wine, fruit, chocolates, butter, milk and the list goes on. In the lounge area there is a very comfortable lounge and flat screen tv with Netflix & Foxtel. There are also an assortment of games and books to entertain you as well. Outside there was a well equipped bbq area and outdoor setting. Our son & family were to join us , but due to the snap Covid lock down were unable to do so, However Nick & Anne had gone to the trouble to provide everything for their 10 month old son, nice soft towels, porta cot, high chair etc etc. We were there for 3 nights with the snap lock down hitting us, but with the amazing set up that Nick & Anne had we didn't feel like were were missing out on anything. Thank you Nick & Anne your property is amazing!

More than what we expected-exceptional

I booked this last minute and was later informed that the property was available on my dates due to a last minute cancellation. My husband was a reluctant participant with this trip and an obsessive compulsive, so imagine his delight when arriving to an immaculately kept property. The other reviews for this property are accurate, we were greeted with little extra touches such as toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, fruit, wine, butter etc etc. All the nice small things that kept us from rushing out to stock up and allowed us to head straight to the beach. The unit is perfect for a family of any age range. The location is sensational too. Just grab your beach stuff and walk a short distance to the main beach. I feel fortunate to have tripped over this property and highly recommend this as a seasoned world traveller. The communication with owners was timely and I felt fully informed. Nice touch adding a folder in the unit with tips for local restaurants and activities. The icing on the cake was having a car park and not having to contend with the beach crowds for a car park spot. I highly recommend and it is definitely value for money.
