Set across two levels, the contemporary layout comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and dual living zones. If you are looking for a beach house that offers a laid-back holiday lifestyle, close to Ocean Grove’s key attractions, then this is your ticket to sun, sand and surf.

The main family hub occupies the upper level, with solid timber flooring and cathedral ceilings that extend the sense of light and space. Split system air conditioning and heating provides climate comfort and a Smart TV with Netflix connectivity* is ideal for movie nights. All day sunshine lights up the living and meals area, overseen by a functional kitchen that boasts a full suite of appliances, plenty of storage and a breakfast bar for casual meals.

Easy flow to the elevated north-facing deck with automatic awning and a BBQ sets the scene for hours of enjoyment, amidst the privacy of towering gum trees. Please note this home is located on Orton St, the main arterial road through Ocean Grove. There will be traffic noise on the north balcony, but double-glazed windows provide noise reduction and increased insulation.

The rumpus room downstairs is perfect for a teenage retreat. It has split system air conditioning and heating and a Smart TV with Netflix connectivity*.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please BYO beach towels.
