The Space:
Superbly presented throughout, this beautiful home has a spa and solar-heated pool beyond the sheltered alfresco entertaining area. Watch the kids play in the pool while you lay on the sun lounges, or cook a BBQ and dine outside ‘til the sun goes down.

A full renovation brings all the modern comforts, with a sunken lounge and polished concrete floors adding to the sophisticated appeal. Kitchen and dining room windows harness views over the resort-style outdoor setting and sparkling pool (solar-heated, temperature fluctuates depending on the weather).

Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas give everyone plenty of room to spread out, relax, or come together. The living room has a gas log fire and a big comfy couch to watch TV (Google chrome connectivity). The dining area is a wonderful site for entertaining with split system heating-cooling, while the kitchen has quality appliances, a coffee pod machine and mirrored splashbacks that reflect the space.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible (BYO pool towels). Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests, with the master offering a Queen bed and ensuite. The Queen bedroom and bunk room (2 Single bunks for kids) are located at the rear of the house, serviced by a family bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet.

Holidays spent at Sunny Daze Haven will include walks to Blue Waters Lake to feed the ducks, swimming and surfing at Ocean Grove surf beach, fishing on the Barwon River and exploring the Bellarine Peninsula. Supermarkets, shops, parks, the golf course and beaches are all close by and we look forward to hosting you.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the carport for 2 cars.

The Neighborhood:
Our beautiful local beaches including family-favourite, Ocean Grove Main Beach for swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months. Reefs and 13th Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.

The Barwon River caters to family fishing, boating, SUPing, kayaking.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.

Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 10mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Sunny Daze Haven is located in the Blue Water’s Lake precinct, close to the lakeside trail. You can walk or ride your bikes around the lake and see the ducks, birds and pelicans that call this place home. Walk to The Groove café for your morning coffee, and onward to the Barwon River walking trails. A short 5minute drive to the main shopping precinct (The Terrace), and Ocean Grove beach. Shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in three distinct shopping areas: The Terrace (main street), Kingston Village or Ocean Grove Marketplace.

Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
