This beautiful 2576 sq ft home in Richardson provides a great retreat for families, groups of friends, or work teams. The five bedroom home includes two bedrooms with king beds and three bedrooms with queen beds. There's even a twin mattress that can be used to sleep one extra in the room of your choice!
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, silverware, plates and glasses, and basic cooking supplies. Kitchen necessities like Keurig coffeemaker + coffee pods, toaster, blender, can opener, knife block, and spice rack are available for all guests.
The dining room table comfortably seats 6 and the breakfast table seats 4. There's plenty of room for large groups!
The living room offers comfortable seating as well as a 65" smart TV and cozy blankets for movie nights. There are multiple board and card games available, too! A second living area offers additional seating and a foosball table for kids and kids at heart!
Don't forget the beautiful backyard oasis! The large pool is a must for warm Texas spring, summer, and falls!! Lounge chairs as well as beautiful patio furniture make outdoor relaxation a breeze. Fun in the sun doesn't have to stop at mealtimes with a full outdoor grill available to guests, too!
This home is located in a quiet Richardson neighborhood with short proximity to everything you could possibly need. Multiple grocery stores including Aldi, Target, and Walmart are within a few minute drive of this home. There are countless restaurants in the immediate area: BBQ, American food, Italian, Mexican, Pho, cafes, and Chinese.
