The house is as described and it is beautifully situated on the sound! It is a short walk across the main road to the Corolla Light Resort Oceanside to access the beach, pools, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts which was very convenient. There is a trolley stop very close to the house too. The house was pretty clean, though there were dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival and some of the shower floors were still sandy and slimy feeling and not as clean as they could have been. The beds were comfortable. The main living couch has some stains and probably needs replacing as the cushions are not supportive anymore. All the decks are older and need refinishing or replacing. The umbrella to the outside table was broken when we arrived so we could not use it. The grill was clean and seemed brand new. We loved the ice machine. The hot tub was clean and so nice! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with cookware, some seasonings, and there is a drip, Keurig, and Nespresso machine. The realty company told me there was only a drip. There are also some beach chairs as well, even though the realty company told me there weren't any. Would recommend the realty company update their list on what is available. It was a great house. The kids loved the game room and puzzles! Sunsets were gorgeous! Osprey nests were out front and out back! We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.
