Casa Paissa

Alex was a great host and was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and I found the outside space to be very peaceful however the gates and electric wires were a bit of an eye soar. My negatives of the property were that the WiFi didn’t work most of the time, the upstairs shower could only be used as a bath or it would flood the bathroom, the dryer didn’t work, and also taxis are very difficult to get there because it’s such a desolate part of the island.

Dear Monica , Thank you for your review and your positive points I want to answer just about your négative points .. 1/ Wifi works but not if 9 guests use it at the same moment to watch vidéos but next monday optic fibre will be install and will be no limit access and very fast . 2/ Concerning the dryer he couldnt work because there is no dryer cause as i told you the dryer is the sun in ibiza.. 3/ Concerning the bathroom, upstairs there are 2 bathrooms , one with a shower and one with a bath , of course this one if you use it like a shower standing up you will flood all bathroom .. Concerning the taxis they arrive in 15/20 min they know perfectly the villa ...you just have to tell them as i told you Sa Paissa d en Xiquet . When you use the term desolate part of the island ...-:)sorry but Es CUBELLS is probably the most asking área where you find the beautifullest views and villas ... At 500m from the house you have a super market and with in 1km you ve 4 restaurants and within 10 min cars you have beaches ... so all your negatives comments are not right. Otherwise Monica and their friends left the villa clean and respect the house i recommand them ..
