We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and fit the description very well. We had a large group but did not feel crowded. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the deck!! The property owner was very responsive to our questions and even assisted last minute when there was a mix up with how the booking was made. The only things I will add is the yard was not taken care of so there was a lot of overgrown areas and weeds. There’s also signage inside the home that says no alcohol but that is not listed on the site. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us! We’re very happy to hear that you and your group enjoyed the home, the pool, and the deck, and that the space felt comfortable for everyone. It also means a lot to know our responsiveness helped during the booking mix-up. We truly appreciate you bringing the yard maintenance concern to our attention. The landscaping maintenance had already been scheduled following your reservation, and we apologize that the timing overlapped with your stay. We are continuing to work on improving the outdoor areas for the best guest experience possible. Regarding the signage, we would also like to clarify that the no-alcohol sign applies specifically to the pool area for safety and community guideline purposes. We appreciate you pointing this out and will work on making that information clearer within the listing details. We’re grateful for your stay and your valuable feedback, and we would love the opportunity to host you and your family again in the future. 💕
