We were the Bride family of a wedding in Carmel. The location was great. We did our own flowers and the laundry room and small office was amazing for wedding stuff. The guys were thrilled to be stuck in the most fantastic basement they played golf late into the night each night. There is a lot of construction in the area but all the bones are in place for a great family retreat.

Great amenities with golf simulator, home theater and hot tub. Something for everyone. Spacious and comfortable. Host was responsive and pleasant. Recent renovations have left a few rough edges but these will smooth out with a little more time. Did not detract from our enjoyment of the home.

The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a stunning 6,400 sq. ft. new build with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, which we really appreciated for a large group stay.That said, there were a few issues that made our experience less enjoyable. The golf simulator was advertised as an amenity, but there were no clubs provided to actually use it. The temperature in the house could not be adjusted, and with no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the second level was especially hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. The hot tub also had issues — the chemicals seemed off, and the GFCI breaker kept tripping.It also felt like the home may still be working through some first-rental kinks. While the house sleeps a large number of guests, the kitchen was not stocked with enough supplies to comfortably host that many people.Overall, this is a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but it could benefit from some adjustments and better preparation to fully match what’s advertised for large groups.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend of our sister’s wedding nearby. The home was convenient to the venue and had plenty of space for us to stay, share meals, and enjoy each other’s company. The host was attentive to a beeping noise behind a locked door which was appreciated! We were a bit disappointed the hot tub was unusable but the beautiful game room and theatre room were well used. If you plan to use the golf simulator, be aware you must bring your own clubs which we did not realize - my suggestion to the host is to perhaps provide a few OR let guests know to provide their own. It was a lovely house.
