Cleaning Policy: Cleaning is done only before check-in, and after check-out. Mid-stay cleaning requests incurs a fee of $25 per request/entire house.
IF bed linens, blankets covers are stained with hard-to-clean substances (food stain, makeup...), a replacement fee of 650,000 VND / item will apply.
Damage and Replacement Policy Guests are responsible if causing damaged/ missing items during stay. Compensation is based on repair/replacement cost.
