Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the mini split on but set to 75 degrees (in the summer) or 65 degrees (in the winter)
All windows and doors should be closed and locked.
Please leave any trash or recycling in the barrel/bin in the upper shed. Keys for the shed are hanging on the wall just inside the front door of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guns or other weapons are not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property
No disabling or tampering with the WiFi, smart home sensors, security camera or propane supply
Please do not park on the grassy area of the upper property (to the left as you enter) Parking here will damage our septic system and will be very cos

Quiet serene landscape, off the main road, new appliances, exactly what we were looking for. Close to Dover, Portsmouth, York Beach, Kittery Outlets, even close to Boston. Centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be. 10/10 would recommend and hope we can come back soon! Jeremy is very responsive and am very happy with our stay!
