We opened our house in the heart of Cagliari to share with art lovers, nature and beautiful things the unique atmosphere of an elegant and refined residence.
We will book if you wish tickets to major museums, shows and organized tours to discover the most beautiful beaches of the coast of the Angels. If you come to Cagliari with your car, we will show you the closest garage. 3 Rooms The apartment occupies the sixth floor (with elevator) of a historic building in Cagliari. Our rooms overlook Via Dante one of the most elegant streets of the city with nearby the characteristic and lively market of San Benedetto is famous for its fresh fish and the opera. Our exceptional location, just a couple of minutes from elegant Via Alghero, Old Town and the picturesque harbor of Cagliari Via Roma and just ten minutes by bus from the beautiful beach Poetto.

Great Stay!

Location was right near several bus stops that would take you to one of the many beautiful beaches. Shops and grocery stores step away. Large apartment with air conditioning and two bathrooms. Host was great!

A great apartment!

We had a fantastic week at this apartment. It was very comfortable and the bedrooms are huge. We loved having the balcony and eating all of our meals outside and watching everybody on the street below. It is an easy bus ride to the city centre and the owner was really friendly and helpful in explaining the best parts of Cagliari to explore. We highly recommend this apartment.

Muy buena ubicación.

El piso está muy bien ubicado en una zona comercial con un supermercado enfrente se puede ir andando a la mayor parte de los sitios interesantes y tiene la estación de tren y de autobús a 15 minutos andando. Tiene tres habitaciones grandes una cocina muy grande un salón mediano y una terraza dónde va mucho el sol. El piso es antiguo la cama no son especialmente cómodas y el sofá nada cómodo.

Beau et spacieux appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Cagliari. L'appartement est très confortable er très agréable avec sa terrasse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et nous avions largement la place pour 6 personnes. Juste en face, il y a une supérette et de beaux magasins tout autour. Il y a des arrêts de bus pas loin. Je recommande cette appartement.

Bien trop vieillot dommage

Gabriel a été super accueillant et serviable, souriant et très agréable. L’appartement est grand et la wifi super performante … pour le reste c’est vieillot, le mobilier n’a aucune cohérence, tout est vieux parfois cassé, souvent mal fonctionnant. Les portes frottent, les volets roulants ferment mal, les chaises sont inconfortables, la literie un peu passée… les douches sont moyennes sans pression et aussi sur les chasses d’eau… L’emplacement est bon mais très bruyant, l’immeuble était de standing il y a 20 ans depuis il se dégrade.… l’ensemble n’est plus à la hauteur et surtout pas à la hauteur de la sympathie et de la bonne humeur de Gabriel. C’était l’appartement de ses grands-parents et ça se voit… nous étions 7 personnes et au final la note de 10/20 est sortie…

My friends and I really enjoyed our time at Gabriele’s apartment! It’s a lot more spacious than we thought it was going to be, and in a great location. Really appreciated having a washing machine and three showers. Gabriele was a great host and greeted us outside on our first day. He gave us a map of the city and pointed out some nice restaurants to go to. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Séjour agréable à Grande lumière grenier à Cagliari.

Nous avons été bien accueillies par le propriétaire. La location est spacieuse, propre et bien agencée, où il est agréable de se poser. Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Sa situation, au centre de la ville, permet d'accéder facilement aux commerces et aux visites. Un point négatif cependant, dû à sa situation, c'est le bruit de la rue au petit matin.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Wir haben die Wohnung im September 2017 für 11 Übernachtungen gebucht. Auf den Bildern und laut der Beschreibung machte die Wohnung einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck, jedoch sah die Realität anders aus. In der Wohnung angekommen wurden wir vom Vermieter erwartet. Da die Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch von einer Reinmachefrau gesäubert wurde, war es uns nicht möglich alles sofort genau anzuschauen. Als der Vermieter und die Reinigungsfrau weg waren, erkundeten wir die Wohnung. Wir stellen gleich fest, dass die Wohnung von den Fotos auf der Anbieterseite stark abweicht. Diese Fotos sind vermutlich vor etlichen Jahren erstellt worden. Unser erster Blick ging auf den Balkon, dieser war auf der einen Seite mit Sperrmüll vollgepackt (die Ecke, aus der das auf der Anbieterseite zu sehende Foto geschossen wurde). Die Balkonmöbel waren total verrostet und somit zum Verweilen unbrauchbar. Die Polstermöbel und Betten (inkl. Decken und Kissen) waren fleckig. Ebenso waren die Vorhänge und Gardinen fleckig und schmutzig und die Wände waren darüber hinaus beschädigt. Die Betten hatten keine richtigen Decken zum Zudecken, nur Polyester-Tagesdecken, die wohl von allen Besuchern benutzt werden aber anscheinend nicht gewaschen werden (es befanden sich noch vereinzelt Haare darauf). Die Möbel waren teilweise beschädigt. Die Töpfe und Pfannen in der Küche waren dreckig und unbrauchbar. Die ganze Wohnung hatte einen muffigen Gestank, der auch nicht von den Putzmitteln übertüncht werden konnte.   Alles in allem war fanden wir die Wohnung unbewohnbar und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir kontaktierten den Vermieter, der allerdings wenig Einsicht zeigte, er könne die ganze Sache gar nicht verstehen. Da wir nicht in der Wohnung übernachten wollten, schliefen wir die Nacht im Hotel und sind nur noch zur Schlüsselrückgabe am nächsten Tag in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e si trova in pieno centro a cagliari. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva nella zona notturna di Cagliari. Gianfranco il proprietario è disponibilissimo.

Großzügige Wohnung in Altstadtnähe

Wir verbrachten drei Tage Ende Mai 2017 in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut. Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Er kam bei unserer Ankunft selbst vorbei und zeigte und den Weg zur nahe gelegenen Parkgarage in der Via Alessandro Manzoni. Im sechsten Stock hoch über der Via Dante gelegen bietet diese Wohnung viel Platz. Der Eingangsbereich und die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Esstisch. Der Balkon ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und ab dem Nachmittag toll zum Raussitzen. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe sind ziemlich verbraucht. Da könnte man mal nachrüsten. Die Wohnung war am Ankunftstag geputzt auch auch bei unserer Abreise sofort wieder hergerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Nur wenig entfernt in der Via Tiziano gibt es einen großen Markt in dem frische Lebensmittel aller Art eingekauft werden kann. Auch ein Fischmarkt ist dabei. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, die wir auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen können.

Meraviglioso

Siamo sardi ,ma non viviamo a Cagliari , dovevamo accompagnare una nipotina a prendere aereo di mattina presto e abbiamo pensato che stando a Cagliari potevamo evitare di alzarsi presto e partire da casa ancora con buio. E abbiamo indovinato !!!! La casa era comoda ,attrezzata di tutto , aria condizionata per quel oretta che avevamo bisogno funzionava benissimo, i due bagni e tre docce ci permettevano di non fare la "fila" (eravamo in 5). camere spaziose , verandina al esterno dove abbiamo goduto la mattina sorseggiando il primo caffe . In pieno centro ,due passi a piedi si arriva ovunque .Insomma che dire ? Una meraviglia .Ora so dove andare se abbiamo bisogno o il piacere di soggiornare qualche giorno a Cagliari.

Preciosos días en Cagliari

Acabamos de pasar unos días en Cagliari y la estancia en casa de Gianfranco y Gabrielle ha sido estupenda. La situación de la casa es fenomenal. Una zona tranquila, pero de mucho comercio y ambiente durante el dia y a unos minutos del centro histórico. La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos de la web. Es antigua y grande. Dispone de las comodidades necesarias para unos días, aunque para una estancia más amplia necesitaría unas reformas (especialmente las ventanas). Es imprescindible el aire acondicionado y lo tiene en todas las habitaciones. Para unos días en esta bonita ciudad es muy recomendable.

Parfait !

Appartement assez bien situé (15min à pied du centre-ville) et très pratique ! Nous étions 7 avec 3 douches donc très pratique. Les + : climatisation et terrasse agréable. Attention, à Cagliari, les camions poubelles passent parfois 2 fois par jour et sont bruyants (mais c'est partout). Gabrielle nous a vraiment très bien accueillies et indiqué beaucoup de choses à faire (je conseille le vélo avec les flamants roses). Merci pour ce séjour au top ! Nolwenn
