Grand yet comfortable Italian-style villa on 46 private acres in Dundee. 9 bedrooms (8 suites + a 5-bed family suite), 10+ baths, chef’s kitchen, multiple living and dining spaces, media and game rooms, and two night-lit sport courts. Manicured gardens, terraces, river and valley views. Perfect for multi-generation stays, retreats, and milestone trips. Events by prior written approval only.

Our team is available by message or phone for anything you need. We respect your privacy and provide local tips, chef referrals, tour options, and vendor contacts upon request. We have two onsite Innkeepers to insure your stay is absolutely wonderful.

We’re in Dundee, the heart of the Dundee Hills AVA—world-class pinot noir country—with 200+ wineries within a short drive. Newberg and McMinnville offer tasting rooms, cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Hike forested parks, book guided wine tours, or plan a chef’s dinner at the villa. Portland is under an hour for museums, food carts, and riverfront walks; the coast and waterfalls make easy day trips.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and most outdoor spaces including terraces, lawns, gardens, media room, game room, and sport courts. Locked owner and utility rooms may be off-limits. Some spaces may be staged or reserved during approved events—details provided in your agreement.

Entry & Living: grand foyer, formal indoor/outdoor living room with fireplace; secondary family room currently open-plan with game tables

Chef’s Kitchen: double Sub-Zero fridges/freezers, Dacor double oven, Miele convection, Thermador grill, two Bosch dishwashers, 6-burner range, fully stocked for group cooking

Dining: formal dining seats 24; breakfast nook seats 4; pub table seats 4; ballroom accommodates up to 80 for approved events (tables/chairs not provided)

Entertainment: media room (55" with surround), pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, TV lounge

Outdoors: terraces, rose and grape arbors, walking paths, river and valley outlooks, night-lit tennis and multi-sport courts

Bedrooms & Baths: 8 private suites (most with soaking tubs and walk-in showers) plus a Giant family suite with its own living room and full bath; 10+ total bathrooms.

A car is recommended. Ride-shares and taxis are limited in wine country. Private drivers and wine tour shuttles are available by reservation.
