Work on your tan or sit under the shaded patio, which also includes a stand-up bar and a BBQ area, and watch dolphins and manatees swim by now and then. Many exotic birds also live in this sanctuary. Anglers will be happy to know there is great fishing (with a cleaning station) available right off the end of the private dock. The large mango tree on the front lawn provides fresh fruit during its season.



The house is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and BelleAir Beach, and a short drive or walk away from grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, and restaurants. Disney World Resort is only a 90-mile drive away if you want to do a day trip with the kids! There are many attractions in Clearwater/Tampa, including waterparks, aquariums, parks, festivals, farmers markets, concerts, art exhibits, and Pro sports teams: Football (NFL) Buccaneers, Baseball (MLB) Devil Rays, Hockey (NHL) Lightning.
