You will be required to ascend a set of steps to access the beautiful top-floor apartment. Take a moment to take in the beautiful unobstructed view of the valley and mountains.

The kitchen features a full-size oven & stove, Keurig coffee maker, smoothie blender, microwave and hot water kettle. Large expandable dining table to seat up to 6 guests. The kitchen flows smoothly into the living space. A 75" HD smart TV to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, or any other streaming service with your own accounts.

The backyard is shared with a separate downstairs unit. The deck has a Weber propane grill ready for you to BBQ, and a SoloStove smokeless fire pit for you to sit around, roast marshmallows at, and enjoy.

Towels, linens, hair dryer, iron, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all provided for your convenience.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed. A completely separate unit is below this apartment via a separate entrance.

This is in a residential neighborhood and is very easy to navigate. There is parking on the driveway to accommodate 2 cars. Front door has a keyless entry smart lock. Entry code is sent to you ahead of check-in.
