Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #3) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.
This second-floor apartment is brand new with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. This unit is also equipped with a new, comfortable pull-out sofa that sleeps two. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as do both bedrooms. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. This unit has a balcony with a gorgeous mountain view and a brand new gas grill. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Grill is one of our favorites)!
Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.
You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.
We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.
We highly value cleanliness. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.

Cozy and well located if you are planning on skiing
Loved everything about this place - the location, the layout of the apartment, the views. We spent a relaxing long weekend here. Getting to ski resort was easy, the place was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there over Christmas for the kids to experience some snow and skiing. The property is very clean and offers all the comfort needed during a short stay. The location was perfect, we skiied at Alta, only 25min drive, Park City at Deer Valley which was 35min, and we enjoyed coming back to town to try different restaurants nearly, all within 5-7min drive. The owners were also very accommodating when we needed an earlier check in. Thanks!
Great location for exploring Big Cottonwood Canyon and SLC
The very new and modern apartment has everything you need and has fantastic access to Big Cottonwood Canyon, shopping down the street and anything else in the SLC area. Super clean and very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Very comfortable beds and makes use of the space well.

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. On a slightly busy road, but no problem with street noise. Jessica was prompt and helpful with the one question we had upon arrival. Loved the proximity to beautiful hikes in the Big Cottonwood Canyon. Would definitely stay again.
The unit was perfect and the host amazing! The ski bus was unreliable likely due to a shortage of drivers. Rent a car if you plan to stay here.

Immaculately clean and new property, worked perfectly for our family of four on a ski week. Easy drive up the canyons to ski resorts and minutes from groceries and restaurants.
Our host thought of every detail from hooks to hang ski gear to muffin mix so we had breakfast our first morning despite a late arrival time. We'll be back!

The unit is very nicely done and new, perfect size for our family of 3 since many other places to stay in Cottonwood Heights are too big it's nice to have these apartments as a better alternative to the nearby hotels. The host is very very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place is new and very modern and clean, with all new appliances. Communication with our host (Jessica) was excellent at all times and we felt very welcome. Everything went smoothly. Location is excellent as well, just minutes from the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon and a few miles to Little Cottonwood - which means Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton are all under 30 minutes away. Plenty of food/breakfast options as well as stores within few minutes, mostly along Fort Union Blvd. We’d like to thank our host for a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to SLC/Cottonwood.

We loved our stay here. My husband and I needed a furnished place to stay between selling our existing home and completing the build of our new home. This place fit us perfectly! Very modern, yet cozy accommodations with everything we needed. So conveniently located too, just a stones throw from I-215, restaurants, shopping, and ski resorts. The unit had two nice sized bedrooms with queen beds. We converted one into an office so my hubby could work remotely. We also enjoyed the patio and used the BBQ grill to make dinners at home instead of dining out all the time. Jessica and her team were really great to work with as well. They worked with us on extending out as needed until our new house was ready to move in. Thanks again for a great stay. We will recommend this place to all our family and friends who travel to visit us!

We are big fans of this property for a few reasons and this most recent visit was our 3rd time visiting, though the first trip to this upstairs unit itself. My wife, our 9 year daughter and I have stayed in one of the lower ones in the past, but this one had availability for our dates and so we switched it up a little this time. In no particular order, these reasons include:
Jessica, the property manager, is always timely in her welcoming responses and communicative throughout every rental process we've had with her.
The location is tough to beat for those seeking proximity to the canyons, as well as a the standard stock of familiar retail outlets one might expect in surburbia these days.
And it's still virtually new construction, though I think these units have seen a couple of seasons now. You do have a climb a set of stairs to reach this one, but they're the metal-grated type that seem difficult to ever slip on. This unit does have a patio and gas grill, which we didn't use, instead opting to finally visit the Porcupine Pub down the road. It's been recommeded to us on multiple occasions from several folks and it didn't disappoint. Don't wait as long as we did!
It's not every day that you find a rental where the ownership/management is nearby, hands-on and clearly cares about the product and service they're delivering. We are hopeful to return again in the future!

Quaint older home reminiscent of earlier (perhaps 1950s) times. Would love to know the history of the house. Clean and well-kept. The front yard needs a bit of care, but even that didn't bother us. The small kitchen was well-stocked. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Great place to stay while on the road--like a trip to grandpa and grandma's house.
With super fast internet and close proximity to restaurants and town, this worked great to bring employees from out of town in to meet with the local team. With 7 different rental units on site, it would be easy house a large group for work or play.

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a ski trip. Great location with close proximity to just about everything including the airport, ski rental shop, the slopes, restaurants, and downtown SLC. The property was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a few night getaway.
This property was in a great location. Close to all ski resorts and Salt Lake City. We were welcomed with a treat basket which was so nice since we arrived later than expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jessica was very responsive. We would definately stay here again. I have already recommended to other family members.
We loved our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the photos, everything was comfy new and clean. You can see the ski bus stop from the window -so convenient. Thanks and hopefully we will be back.
The apartment is kept meticulous, it is fully stocked with everything needed, the owners were very responsive to any questions, and it is literally across the street from the ski bus. It was a perfect place for our vacation.
