Trails for snowshoeing, mountain biking, and walking are all around this house, and there even is a disc golf course and pickle ball court right there! Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resort is a 20 minute drive away, as well. The neighborhood has an 18-hole golf course and a pool. For plenty of entertainment indoors, there is a pool table and mini fridge, an electric piano, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee machine, books, games and lots of comfortable seating to stream your shows or sports. The main deck has a Traeger cooker as well as a grill, and seating. Wait until you see the stars out there!
There is plenty of space for everyone to sleep very comfortably and be together in Red Barn! The master bedroom is huge, with incredible views and a king bed. Another room on the main floor has a king bed and a second full bathroom and laundry room is on the main floor, along with the kitchen, great room and dining space. Downstairs is a large room with a king bed, and another bedroom with queen bunk beds. The large downstairs family room provides plenty of comfortable seating, room to play, and a futon. Additionally, in the 2-car garage space you can pull in one car and all your gear, and there is even an extra refrigerator in the garage.

Beautiful and comfortable 5 bedroom home. My grandkids loved the pool table downstairs and of course each of them having their own room was awesome! The master is huge with a lovely bathroom and large shower.
We had a wonderful vacation at Granby Ranch. This was a nice property very close to the ski area. No complaints, would definitely book again! Granby is one of our favorite places to visit.
We highly recommend this property. Well located, very clean, very nice, comfortable property. Location is great for visiting the west side of RMNP! Very nice stay! Check in process and commutations were excellent.
Excellent location, looks a of space to hang out with family.
We had a great stay at this property. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. It is a very short walk to the slopes. Great experience all around.
I can’t say enough great things about our stay in Granby. The location of the house was perfect! It’s was super clean and had everything we needed! I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here. You will not be disappointed!
Beautiful private home with amazing views perfect for family and friends to enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities or just to relax in private decks home away from home. Close to stores and restaurants if you need something or want to go out
The home was beautiful, cozy, well stocked (from kitchen to games, towels to sheets!) and in a great location. Everything was just right for our group (ages 8 to 50 years) to enjoy our week in the mountains. And the property manager was responsive and nice. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Sophia, we are so glad that the house had so many things to meet your needs and expectations. We hope that you and the family come back again soon. Andy
The house was perfect for a family with kids. Adults on top floor and kids area on bottom. Clean and comfortable beds. Short walk to slope for ease of ski/in out. Would definitely go back!
This cabin was perfect for our first time back since 2020! We were able to walk just a couple houses down to get to the ski trails, which made it super easy access with the little one! The house had everything we needed plus more! Can’t wait to come back!
We spent 5 nights in the Grand B&B. It was everything I wanted and needed! We loved the view out of every window. It was plenty of room for 5 adults! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay! A few of the outlets did not work BUT, with in a few feet there was another! We can’t wait to go back! Absolutely amazing place!
Location, Location, Location is awesome! We enjoyed a great July 4th weekend in the mountains. We could see the fireworks from the living room. Peaceful mornings and evenings on the patio. House was well stocked and great for our family getaway! We cant wait for a winter visit during ski season!

Trica, We are so glad that you loved the house and it's location. Please do bring the family and friends for ski season. The new owners of Ski Granby Ranch are putting lots of money into the resort. We look forward to your return. Andy
Entry to slopes is a short block away and with enough snow on the ground is truly ski in ski out. Otherwise, slopes are just a short walk up the street.
Location made a day of skiing with kids perfect! Could easily stop at house for lunch/break and head back out.
The accommodations was very nice. Location - beautiful! The only thing, which wasn’t that important but you should be aware, the toaster doesn’t work. All and all we are very happy with everything! Thank you! We are definitely keeping your location for future vacations!
The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described, offering an abundance of space for our stay. The game room provided endless fun, and the spacious garage made parking a breeze. Cooking was a joy, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen filled with a variety of utensils and plenty of flatware. The views from both the master bedroom and the living room were absolutely breathtaking – a true highlight of the property. Communication and instructions were seamless, making the entire experience one of the most enjoyable and effortless we’ve ever had. Truly a memorable stay!
Our family of five plus my parents and my sister and her wife stayed at the GranBnB. Andy had great communication with us as well as ideas for places to grab meals.
The home was very clean and had more than enough space for the nine of us.
There is a tennis court within whistling distance of the deck which was great for our kids to play at.
I brought my bike and found single track trails all around the area. We also did some hiking around on the same trails.
We would love to stay here again someday!

Russ, Thank you for staying at the GranBnB and so glad our home fit the needs of everyone. We hope you do come back soon, check out all that the county has to offer in the winter. We would love to host you again. Andy
5 stars all around. Beautiful house, perfect location for us. The only constructive feedback I'd offer is that the place could use a larger coffee pot (when we were there, had a 4-cup coffee pot and a Keurig, which we avoid due to plastic waste), so keeping up with coffee was a bit of a hassle. Oh, and the pool table was super fun, but could use some chalk (we're not very good, so chalk helps with our bad shots... :)).
Andy communicated clearly and effectively and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
The house was absolutely perfect in every way! Everything was clean, well-stocked in the kitchen, and the location couldn’t be better. Communication was flawless, and we had zero issues during our stay. It was a little tough to figure out exactly where the slop side entrance was so I’ll clarify. The entrance is about 30-40 yards from the house to the right about a 5min walk. It takes you onto Rod’s Way/Summit Glades above the main lift Quick Draw Express. It was quick and easy to access and perfect as we had toddlers. The runs were very fun albeit short, but there was virtually zero traffic at the lifts. We will definitely be coming back for our family trips. This is a great mountain for kids to learn on.
My kids and I rented this home for our Spring Break ski vacation. It was an ideal location, close to the slopes, ski in - ski out option, close to snowshoeing trails too. The home is definitely set up for luxury and fun with plenty of comfortable sleeping, lounging, eating spaces. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking - we prepared all of our meals at the house. We loved playing pool, watching movies, soaking in the hot tub and putting together puzzles on the puzzle table by the fireplace. It was so nice to have the garage to keep our ski gear warm and dry. We will definitely be back for our next family ski vacation! One tip...bring your own shower/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner. Some places have it, some don't and this one did not. Luckily, whatever you forget can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Good, close to great
This property is wonderful. Location is great, beds are comfortable, hot tub was great, every appliance was in working condition (mostly). Overall, we really liked this place and how clean it was. However, there were a few things missing/off that could have made it a perfect place to stay. These are minor things, keep in mind. Maybe constructive criticism for the owners if nothing else.
- No chalk for the pool table. This would have been nice since we are not pool experts.
- Not as remote as shown. There are a ton of new developments in the area (we heard the construction trucks daily). You are essentially staying in a suburb.
- Toaster was broken.
- Limited amenities. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one load of laundry detergent (which they want you to use for the last load before you leave), zero dish soap, zero tissues, zero bars of soap etc.. This isn't a deal breaker, but feels a little cheap.
- There were beer bottles, broken toys, broken shovels in the back yard. The front yard was overrun with weeds/bugs. They don't seem to look after the outside of the property. Additionally, somebody left a broken lamp in one of the closets and a broken screen in the garage.
- Only 2 fans. We're CO natives and have traveled to tons of mountain homes in the summer. I realize that CO homes don't have AC. That's fine. Usually you can get away with fans. Yet here, not everyone got a fan. With rising temps, you might need to invest in one fan per room to be comfortable.
