The Space:

As you head inside, the open living area invites you to sink into the couch or love seat, or curl up in the chair with ottoman while catching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Just beyond, the kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, light cabinetry, and stone countertops, with counter seating for four and both a drip and Keurig coffee setup ready for your morning brew. Gather around the dining table for six for meals or game nights, then step outside to the patio where a table for four awaits alongside breathtaking views, perfect for savoring your coffee at sunrise or a quiet evening under the stars. Fairway Follies Luxury Retreat blends modern comforts with a serene setting, making it the ideal getaway for friends or family.



This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a twin-size trundle.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a bottom-floor, walk-down unit with 18 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• High-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) available.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• For guests traveling with watercraft or larger vehicles, on-site parking for these items is not permitted inside StoneBridge Village. However, there are several nearby storage and marina options available within a short drive. Please message us for details, and we’ll be happy to provide a list of the closest storage and boat facilities.

• As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• Portable crib and high chair available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
