The Space:
As you step into the home, you are immediately greeted with a spacious open-concept layout with warm natural light and modern finishes throughout. The cozy living room invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal—from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The dining area comfortably seats your group, creating a welcoming space for conversation and connection.

Bedrooms
-Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Queen-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and walk in shower
-Bedroom 2: Full-size bed, comfortable bedding with ample storage space
-Bedroom 3: Full-size bed, comfortable bedding with ample storage space
-Bedroom 4: Full-size bed, comfortable bedding with ample storage space

Pack ’n Play and children’s booster seat available upon request (please let us know in advance).

Bathrooms
-Bathroom 1 (Master Suite): Modern walk-in shower, Vanity with plenty of storage, Fresh towels and toiletries provided
-Bathroom 2 (Shared): Shower/tub combo, Fully stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably, including:
-Full-size stainless steel appliances
-Cookware, utensils, and dishes
-Coffee maker and toaster
-Dishwasher and microwave
-Dining table for shared meals

Starter Pack of Amenities: Every stay includes the following starter items:
-1 paper towel roll
-1 new roll of toilet paper per bathroom (+ extras under sink)
-Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
-1 new sponge
-Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (where applicable)
-1 set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner & body wash per bathroom
-A few trash bags + 1 in the bin upon arrival
-3 laundry pods

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a door code for the smart lock on the front door. Your code will be sent the evening before arrival for smooth, contactless check-in.

Perfectly located across the street from Alfred "AL" Barnes Park that has a basketball court, playgrounds and picnic areas to enjoy the Florida sunshine! You’ll enjoy the peace of a local neighborhood while staying close to the heart of downtown Tampa. Explore nearby cafes, boutique shops, and beautiful walking spots.
