This property is advertised as a four bedroom home. It is not. The fourth “bedroom” is actually the master closet with bunk beds placed inside it. It is a walk through space that must be used to access the master bathroom. It is not a private, enclosed bedroom as a reasonable guest would expect from a four bedroom listing. This layout was not clearly disclosed and the photos did not accurately represent the reality of the space.Because of this material misrepresentation, our group had to make additional alternative arrangements at our own expense.Additionally, the golf cart included with the property was not in reliable working condition. It malfunctioned during our stay and left us stranded. We had to rent a separate golf cart at our own expense.When we raised these concerns, the host suggested that we cancel and move out rather than offering a reasonable solution or credit for the misleading listing. We later requested a partial refund due to the additional costs incurred and received no response.Future renters should carefully confirm the bedroom layout and the condition of included amenities prior to booking. The property did not match the listing description in a material way.
