Great place to stay! Sammy is very responsive and helpful even with moving us to this Villa which would accommodate our family vacation better. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're gonna be in the San Juan/Dorado area. It was perfect

Check-in was seamless, and the unit was clean, though a bit smaller than we expected. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient for our eight‑day stay. The shared pool area is lovely and wasn’t used by other guests while we were there. One downside: visitors are charged 17, which was disappointing since we had family in the area who wanted to stop by.

Enjoy hosting you The space iis axactly as promoyed Yes we charge guet or visitors Is all stated on the promotion Also charge per pets. That is our business rentaltal beds,space. NoIy surprices. You reservecfor 4 guest cant bring 6 for the same price and with out t!elling the host is not honest Will all this. Any way i desided not to give you any 'trouble..i guest not allways can evreyone happly.

The apartment was perfect for my husband and 4 young adult kids. Everyone had privacy, it was clean and comfortable. Having the pool available was a great convenience and perfect way to end the activity packed day.Sammy was helpful and very responsive. He provided recommendations and advice.Having a parking space and full kitchen for breakfast and coffee each day really made things easy.
