The house exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment you walk in, you’re immediately impressed by how amazing it smells, how spotless everything is, and how beautiful the entire home is. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back a thousand times over!

Excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, organized, and very high-end throughout. Everything felt well thought out and comfortable, especially the beds and sleeping arrangements. The toiletries, soaps, and scents were a really nice touch and made the place feel more like a high-end hotel than a typical rental.Derek was excellent to deal with and communication was easy, clear, and prompt from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property.

Overall, my experience with this location was incredible. It was a quiet street. Walkable distance to coffee. Had its own coffee! All the rooms were clean and updated. The house smelled incredible. Derek was in constant communication, if I needed something. And the pool was clean and beautiful. We didn't use the game items much because we were at an event. But we spend a lot of time outdoors with the pool. They had everything you can think of and there's not much you need to bring besides yourself and food. If I come back to midland I will definitely stay here!!

The place was great! We enjoyed it very much. It’s very well equipped and peaceful as well. I wish it was a better time since I choose it with a pool but the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it. I wished it had a heather or a jacuzzi. We will rent this place again in another season since we really liked it!
