The stay was very nice. Loved the convenience to the beach especially with two kids. The air was messed up upon arrival but was fixed the next morning. No complaints. Would definitely book would them again!

The apartment was adorable. A few minor problems that were immediately taken care of.

Needs Updating!

Location was the best feature in this rental! Unfortunately all else really needs a good updating from the kitchen needing more essentials to TV’s. to the pools and elevators being out of commission! We made the most of our trip, but will look for a more updated rental unit next time!

8/10 Good

Good not great

Location is great, as is having a pool to access. The unit itself needs some updating in terms of amenities - it’s also disappointing it does not have a “shed” downstairs for beach equipment. Vacasa was great; however, confused why I had to pick up/drop off keys and parking passes when the unit has a digital door code. Minor inconvenience but still not something that should be expected.

Slightly disappointed

Condo needs updated. Lamp shade was broke, Sliding glass doors are nearly impossible to open, carpets on outdoor patio are coming up. All fixtures need updated. Very disappointed that the elevator was out of service the entire time. Made it very difficult for my 70-year-old parents to go up and down two flights of steps. Location is phenomenal

Thank you for visiting, Kimberly. We are sorry to see that you had any disappointment during your stay. Our guest service agents are available 24 hours a day and if any issues arise we encourage guests to let us know so that we can assist. We have replaced the lamp and the sliding door is about to be easily opened and closed. We are working with the owner to see what improvements overall can be made. We hope that you'll come to stay again soon.
